What should I do when the item I want is out of stock?
I take every care to make sure all the best sellers are routinely stocked however, all the garments and items are available while stocks last. Should you be in desperate need for a specific item, feel free to contact me and I can try and source it for you or suggest an alternative.
When can I expect new products to be listed on your website?
The website is constantly updated with the arrival of new stock. I update the product range as new fashion lines and brands are released. Keep a close eye on What’s New.
How long does it take for delivery?
3 – 5 days (where stock is available) delivery anywhere in South Africa. International delivery only by prior arrangement. I charge a standard fee of R99.00 for delivery throughout South Africa.
My items have not arrived yet. What must I do?
Please allow at least 5 business days for your order to arrive. You are able to track the status of your order using the tracking ID sent to you. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.
